Voice agent

AI voice agent for your website

Your visitors tap the microphone in the website chat and talk to your bot out loud. This voice chatbot answers from your own content, says prices the way people actually say them, drops product cards and links into the chat, and books appointments straight into your calendar. Today it is a website voice assistant, not a phone line: inbound calls are not live yet and are coming soon.

Sound familiar?

Your customer is on their phone and will not type

Typing a longer question on a phone is a chore. It is easier to just ask out loud while driving, standing in a shop or holding a child, than to thumb out five sentences.

The same question a hundred times a day

Opening hours, the price of a service, is there anything free on Friday. Someone in the office answers that all day instead of doing their actual job.

The question lands at half past ten at night

Your site is up around the clock, your office is not. By morning that person has already asked someone else and stayed there.

What the voice agent does

Everything below already works - no coding.

Serbian that actually sounds Serbian

Speech recognition runs on a model we picked because it handles Serbian well, and the voice chatbot says prices and units as full words: one thousand two hundred and fifty dinars, sixty-eight square meters. No digit-by-digit reading.

Answers from your own content

The website voice assistant uses the same knowledge base as your text bot: your site pages, your documents and the questions and answers you entered. No generic small talk, no invented offer.

Voice answers, visual cards

When it pulls a product or an apartment with a price out of the knowledge base, the card shows up in the chat window. When it mentions a guide or an article from your site, it drops in the link. The visitor hears and sees at the same time.

Checks free slots out loud

It asks which service, which person and which date, then reads out what is free, based on the working hours and time off you entered.

Books the appointment for real

The appointment lands in your calendar while the conversation is still running. It asks for at least a phone number or an email, then the confirmation and the reminder go out like for any other booking. Booking is part of the Pro and Business plans.

Full transcript of every voice conversation

Everything said is written out in the conversation history in your panel, both the bot's turns and the customer's, and the minutes used are measured on our server and shown in your stats.

One embed line, then a switch

You paste the widget into your site once (WordPress, Shopify, Wix or plain HTML). Voice is not a second install, it is the same window: flip it on in your panel and the mic button simply appears for visitors. Your site has to run on https.

What a conversation sounds like

An example of a conversation the agent handles on its own.

Customer
Hello, do you do dental scaling, and how much does it cost?
Agent
Hello. We do. Scaling is four thousand dinars and takes about thirty minutes. I can check when the next free slot is right away, if you like.
Customer
Is there anything free on Thursday afternoon?
Agent
On Thursday, 27 August, we have 3:00 PM, 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM free.
Customer
I will take 4:30 PM.
Agent
Sure. I just need your name and either a phone number or an email so I can send the confirmation.
Customer
Marko Jovanović, the number is zero six five, two three four, five six seven eight.
Agent
Booked, Marko. Thursday at 4:30 PM, dental scaling. Your confirmation is on its way and the appointment is already in the clinic's calendar.

What the voice agent does not do

Better you know up front than be disappointed later.

Which plan you need

Voice is included in Pro (€249/month, 200 minutes) and Business (€749/month, 1,000 minutes). On annual billing that is €219 and €659/month. Starter (€29) and Standard (€79) do not include voice, but any account can buy it: a pack of 200 minutes costs €50, paid once, and it does not renew by itself. Important: pack minutes are valid until the end of your current billing period, anything unused does not carry over. If you need voice permanently, the Pro plan is the cheaper route. Buying a pack issues an invoice with a 7 day term, and the minutes activate as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you run several bots, plan minutes are shared out among them (Pro and Business); minutes from a purchased pack stay with the bot you bought them for and are not split. On top of the minutes, every visitor turn in a voice conversation also uses one message from your plan, and extra messages are €0.05 each (a pack of 50 is €2.50). We measure usage on our server and show it in your stats, and you get an email as your quota runs low. Enterprise is by agreement. Reading text answers out loud in the chat is a separate feature and is available on every plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can this agent answer the phone instead of a receptionist? +

Not today. The agent has no phone number, it does not take incoming calls and it does not dial out. It works inside the chat window on your website, as talking instead of typing. Phone calls are coming soon: we are building the telephony side and will tell you when it is live. Until then we are not going to pretend it exists.

How do I add the voice agent to my website? +

Exactly like the text bot: paste the widget snippet into your site once (WordPress, Shopify, Wix or plain HTML) and that is it. Voice is not a second install, it is the same chat window. Switch it on in your panel and the microphone button simply appears for visitors, with no code to touch again. The only requirement is https, because browsers will not grant microphone access on an insecure connection.

How does a visitor start a voice conversation? +

There is a microphone icon in the chat input. One tap opens a full screen conversation, the browser asks for microphone permission, and the bot greets the visitor with your own welcome line, word for word as you wrote it. The site has to be on https, otherwise the browser will not grant microphone access at all.

Does it really speak Serbian, or does it mangle it? +

It speaks Serbian properly. Speech recognition runs on a model we chose precisely because it handles Serbian better, and the bot is instructed to say prices and units as full words: one thousand two hundred and fifty dinars rather than one two five zero, square meters rather than m two. If a visitor speaks to it in another language it will understand, but it will answer in Serbian.

Can I hear how it sounds before I decide? +

We do not host a voice sample on this page, and we would rather not play you someone else's demo as ours. Voice comes with Pro and Business, both with a 7 day trial, so you can switch the voice chatbot on and hear it on your own site, with your own offer and your own prices. If you want us to walk you through it live first, get in touch.

What do I need to switch on to get voice working? +

If your plan includes voice, or your purchased minutes have been registered, two switches are left. Open Bot settings, then Voice, turn on voice input (microphone) and read aloud, and save. Both have to be on, otherwise the microphone button never appears in the widget. On the same page you pick the voice (ten to choose from), the speaking speed, extra instructions for voice, and how much silence ends the session. The change goes live on your site immediately, with no code to re-paste.

What if it does not know the answer, or the customer asks for a human? +

It answers from your knowledge base, and when the information is not there it will say so rather than guess. The voice agent, however, does not hand the conversation to a person and does not take callback requests. The visitor leaves voice mode and, in the same window, the text chat has buttons for talking to your team, requesting a callback and sending an email.

How much does it cost and how are the minutes counted? +

Voice is included in Pro (200 minutes a month) and Business (1,000 minutes a month). On Starter or Standard you buy it: a pack of 200 minutes costs €50, paid once, it does not renew by itself, and the minutes are valid until the end of the current billing period with nothing carried over. Buying a pack issues an invoice with a 7 day term, and the minutes activate once your payment is confirmed, not at the moment you click. We measure usage on our server and show it in your stats, and you get an email as the quota runs low. On top of the minutes, each visitor turn also uses one message from your plan.

Are conversations recorded, and who can hear them? +

The audio goes straight from the visitor's browser to the voice model and never passes through our server, so there is no recording on our side at all. What remains is the written transcript in the conversation history in your panel, exactly like with the text chat, plus the minutes used. If your own policy requires telling visitors that the conversation is logged, the simplest place to say it is the bot's welcome line.

Add voice to your website chat

If your plan includes voice, only two switches are left: Bot settings, then Voice, turn on the microphone and read aloud, and save. The change is live on your site straight away, no code to touch. No account yet? Create one and try it free for 7 days, no card needed. On Starter and Standard you buy voice separately: a pack of 200 minutes is €50, paid once, and the minutes are valid until the end of your current billing period. You get an invoice, and the minutes activate as soon as we register your payment - that is when the voice button appears in the widget. And if you are not sure a voice chatbot suits your business at all, write to us and we will tell you honestly.
