What's a message?

One bot reply = one message. Customer messages and bot replies both count. Over the monthly cap, top up with 1,000-message packs at €5.

What are characters?

The size of your knowledge base - how much text from your PDFs, site and Sheets the bot can remember. 1M chars ≈ 500 pages of text.

Voice minutes

Total length of voice calls. Counts time when the agent talks or listens. Extra minutes: €0.15/min beyond your monthly cap.

SMS - how it's billed

The bot can send SMS confirmations, reminders, or OTP codes. Price after quota: €0.08/SMS (Serbia + region). Provider: Infobip or Twilio.

Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Upload PDFs, paste your site URL, connect a Google Sheet - all from the dashboard. The web widget is one line of code; WhatsApp/Viber/Messenger connect with one click via integrations.
What can the bot learn from?
PDF, DOCX, Excel/CSV, TXT, your full website, web shop (WooCommerce/Shopify), Google Sheets (live sync), Google Calendar (free slots). Everything enters a knowledge base that understands meaning, not just keywords.
Which languages do you support?
Native Serbian (Cyrillic + Latin, local slang, declensions), plus English, German, Italian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian. The voice agent speaks naturally - choose from 120+ voices.
What happens when the bot doesn't know?
Three options: (1) hand off to a live agent + auto-create a ticket, (2) collect contact info for follow-up, (3) honestly say "I don't know, let me check" instead of making things up.
Where is data stored? Is it GDPR compliant?
Data on EU servers (Frankfurt). Full GDPR compliance - right to access, export and erase. Conversations can auto-delete after X days per your policy. Enterprise plan offers on-premise.
What is the voice agent latency?
Sub-second - replies start on average 600-900ms after the customer stops speaking. Conversations feel natural, with no awkward pauses.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes - anytime, from the dashboard. Plan changes apply immediately with prorated billing. Cancellation is instant, no contract. The Free plan does not require a credit card.
Do you have an API for my app?
Yes - REST API + webhooks (Pro plan and up). Call the bot from your backend, receive events on messages/calls, and sync with your CRM.
