How to request deletion of your data
At ChatBotAPP, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods described below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
support@chatbotapp.rs
Subject: Data Deletion Request
In your email, please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name or business name
- A clear statement that you wish to have your data deleted
- Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data (e.g., conversation history only)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Chatbot configurations and settings
- Conversation history and message data
- Analytics and event data
- Voice session records
- Knowledge base content and uploaded documents
- Integration credentials (Google, Meta, Viber)
- Support ticket history
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law:
- Billing records and invoices — retained as required by Serbian tax and accounting regulations
- Legal compliance data — if required for ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory obligations
Processing Time
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Facebook & Instagram Users
If you interacted with a chatbot powered by ChatBotAPP through Facebook Messenger or Instagram and wish to have your conversation data deleted, you can:
- Send an email to support@chatbotapp.rs with your Facebook or Instagram username
- Specify which chatbot you interacted with (if known)
- We will delete all conversation data associated with your account within 30 days
Self-Service Deletion
If you have a ChatBotAPP account, you can also delete certain data yourself:
- Conversations — Delete individual conversations from the Conversations page
- Knowledge base — Remove documents and FAQs from your settings
- Integrations — Disconnect social media channels and Google integrations from the Integrations page
